· Please pray for our curate David Chesney, his wife Sarah, and children Lauren and Jessica.
· Fellowship and Bible study groups – Pray for the leaders as they prepare their studies and care for those in their group. That God’s word may be understood and lives changed.

Pray for the creative craft afternoon on Wednesdays monthly.

For those prevented from coming by age or illness, Jack Mann, Stanley Easter, Ruth Webb, Jean Mountain, Daphne Owen.

Pray for the PCC members in their work. (next meeting 13th January).

Pray for Chris Chambers and Mandy Hewson who are in training for ordination.

Pray for Tim Ball who is undertaking an MA course in Pastoral Theology with Anglia Ruskin University.

Pray for John Ball in his ministry amongst churches in our diocese who uphold traditional Christian Doctrine following the GAFCON and Lambeth Conferences.

For our worship and ministry.

Pray that some of those who were at our Service of Thanksgiving and remembrance may return to hear the good news of life at the Christmas events. For all those leading preaching and serving through those important occasions.

For the Christmas Party on 20th December. Christmas Carols service on the 23rd 7pm, the midnight communion 11pm, and Christmas Day Service 10am.

Pray for Tim our Vicar in his leading of the church, in his mentoring of Dave, for Dave’s ministerial development and for John Ball in his ministry in representing churches in this diocese holding traditional Christian views.

Pray for our hearts to be open, and our wills responsive to the teaching of God’s word.

For our preachers and leaders. And our series on 1 Thessalonians in January in the mornings.

The Café services moving to 5th Sundays.

For the wardens Martin and Malcolm, deputies Elaine and Kim and for our treasurer Keith Jones.

For all our musicians. And for those who minister in prayer, video projection, and Bible reading.

Pray for those who are new amongst us in our worship that they would feel at home and comfortable and find a place to share amongst us.

For our follow up of new people who have been amongst us in recent months. May we increasingly be a place of invitation.

For our finances and building development
|

Give thanks for the spirit of generosity amongst us and that we may be responsive to the spiritual gift of giving. And that the Spirit of Generosity may increase and never decrease.

|
·
|
Pray for the plans and ideas being worked on to develop our buildings that they may continue to be useful in enabling the mission of the church.
|
|
·
|
Pray for those who consider the continuing development and maintenance of our buildings.
|
|
·
|
May our Giving God make us his Giving people.
